I am Shigeo Saito, the chairman and representative director of FUJI NOHSAN CO., LTD. I was born on July 15th, 1951. On my 60th birthday in 2011, I gave up my president position to Mr. Masafumi Abe. It was not by succession. My own two sons don't even work for this company.
It has been revamped by the management of young president Mr. Abe, who was 43 years old at that time. The sales trend has been favorably upward. It has increased to 3.7 billion yen in his first year from 3.2 billion yen, a year before he took over. In his second year, it has greatly increased to 4.9 billion yen.
It is said, "People Make the Company." Indeed, our staff are the greatest asset to the company. As we continue to commit to the corporate culture to develop human resources, we will strive to become the company that can be respected from society.
